Hi to all our dancers
We know a lot of you are keen to know when we will be back at Pevensey. We went and had our own private practice last night at Pevensey to test the hall floor. It is definitely getting better, but after much deliberation we decided that it was still not safe enough to run a social dance and avoid the possibility of a mishap.
We are assured that an 'expert' will be examining the floor on Monday.
So we will be running our Cream Tea Dance on the 6th July, but it will be at Westham again.
Many thanks for all those who have continued to support us and attend our dances through a difficult time.
Hoping to be back at Pevensey on the 20th July as scheduled.
Watch this space....
Very best wishes from the Happy Feet Team xx

Periodically we are asked if we give lessons or classes. No we are not a dance school, and do not give lessons, private or otherwise. We are dance organisers providing friendly public dances, practice sessions and exhibitions. That is all we do. However during a social dance, we usually walk through either a sequence dance or a novelty dance and the line dances which are on the programme. This enables more people to get involved if they want to and enjoy themselves. Between us, we have over fifty years experience of different kinds of dancing, and many qualifications. We support local dance schools by providing an additional venue and events where people can practise their new skills, or for experienced dancers somewhere to enjoy their dancing. For details of local dance schools, please see our page 'Local Dance Schools'.
